New on the scene, Au Delice has an intimate bistro-style
setting, lifted straight from any local French town. Under Belgium
management, the finer produce of Europe are imported: Gruyere from
Switzerland, Parma hams from Italy, etc. From the a la carte menu,
hors d'oeuvres feature favourites such as duck mouse with Porto,
or chavignol goat cheese and salad; mains (VND 50,000 - 150,000)
include lamb rack; alternatively, there's the reasonable plat du
jour (VND 100,000). Downstairs, a well-stocked French delicatessen
sells tasty treats such as imported cooked hams and sausages.
