New Executive Chef Gary Lloyd Rosen will bring fresh flavours to
the menu of the international restaurant Cafe Saigon in the Omni
Hotel. Rosen has a wealth of experience having been affiliated
with the best names in the hotel industry: Shangri-la, Dusit and
Hyatt International, which whom he's worked in places such as
Jerusalem, Melbourne and Seoul. Rosen's wide selection of grilled
and barbecued seafood will include avocado and shrimp salad in
blue cheese dressing, Cioppino California stew, Thai prawn curry
and Singaporean chilli crab. Dinner buffet price is $16.50 with a
free flow of red and white wines. |
